You will spend a full day with wildlife experts and conservationists at each destination, learning about the challenges facing these animals and the efforts being made to protect them.
You will also have the opportunity to take a low-level scenic flight along the Wuaso Nyiro River on the edge of the Samburu National Game Reserve, offering breathtaking views of the wilderness below.
During your safari, you will stay at the world-famous Elephant Watch Camp hosted by the Douglas-Hamilton family, where you will spend a full day with the Elephant research team and learn about their efforts to produce empirical research on the behavior and dynamics of the African Elephant.
In addition to the wildlife and scenic views, you will also have the chance to rub shoulders with the Masai Warriors, and see the colorful dancers of the Samburu Tribe, gaining a deeper understanding of the culture and history of the people who call this region home.
